Summary: At some point, people are going to want to colonize other worlds. Either out of dogmatic superiority complexes or pragmatism, it'll be the fantasy on many people's minds. Just make sure to bring an adequately equipped crew next time. Lest you run into the galaxy's most terrifying constant...BEARS!

History: In the late 21st century, the Earth is little more than a crippled, depleted husk of a planet that the human race is itching to get away from. Many want to go to the moon, but some demand greener pastures. So that small band of dreamers uses some crazy portal technology to head to the planet Oxygen (...really?). At first, it seems like the perfect place for a fresh start...until they find that the place is crawling with, get this, giant alien grizzly bears!

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: The bears deliver quite a literal mauling to the crew, but in the end, only a couple survive. By the end of it all, they're back on Earth, and are probably kicking themselves for not coming even remotely prepared for the unpredictable outer limits.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-If you can get past the absurdity of there being perfectly normal bears lightyears away from Earth, you have some formidable beasts. If mankind's fear of them on Earth is enough indication, what exactly makes you think you'll fare better in a place where they, not man, are the apex predator?

Trivia: -The only bear in space we can think of is the Ursa Major, a constellation in the sky whose tail is actually the Big dipper.

-This film was directed by Andrew Wild, who also did...a crime movie no one remembers and...pretty much nothing else.
